Mood Board

The Mood Board is a visual inspiration space for your brand. Use it to collect and organize imagery, color references, and aesthetic direction that defines how your brand looks — not just how it sounds.

What Is the Mood Board For?

The Mood Board helps you and your team stay visually aligned when creating content. It serves as:

  • A reference for your brand's visual identity
  • A source of images and graphics to use in social posts
  • A brief for designers or freelancers who need to understand your aesthetic

Accessing the Mood Board

Go to Content > Mood Board. If your brand doesn't have a Mood Board yet, you'll be prompted to create one.

Adding Images to the Mood Board

  1. Open the Mood Board.

  2. Tap + Add Image.

  3. Choose a source:

    • Upload from device — Add images from your photo library or file system
    • Take a photo (mobile only)
  4. The image will appear on your Mood Board.

Organizing Your Mood Board

Tap and drag images to rearrange them. You can group images visually by placing related ones near each other — no formal folder structure is required.

Using Mood Board Images in Posts

When creating a social post (see Creating Social Posts):

  1. In the asset selection step, tap Brand Assets.
  2. Mood Board images will appear alongside other brand assets.
  3. Select an image to attach it to your post.

Deleting Images

Tap an image on the Mood Board, then tap Delete to remove it.

Tips for a Useful Mood Board

  • Add 10–20 images that represent your ideal brand aesthetic
  • Include examples of competitors or aspirational brands you admire for reference
  • Update it when your brand's visual direction evolves
  • Share it with any designers or content creators working on your brand
