Content Calendar
The Content Calendar gives you a visual, time-based overview of all your planned and published social media content. It helps you stay consistent, spot gaps in your posting schedule, and plan ahead.
Accessing the Content Calendar
Tap Content in the navigation menu, then select Calendar view.
Calendar Layout
The content calendar displays your posts across a monthly grid. Each day shows the posts scheduled for that date.
- Color coding — Different colors represent different platforms or content types (depending on your setup)
- Post previews — Each calendar cell shows the post title or a brief excerpt
- Status indicators — Visual cues for Draft, Scheduled, and Published status
Viewing Posts by Date
- Tap any day on the calendar to see a list of all posts for that date.
- Tap a post to open its full detail view.
Switching Between Views
Toggle between:
- Monthly view — Overview of the full month
- Weekly view — More detail on a 7-day window
Use weekly view when planning detailed posting cadences; use monthly view for big-picture scheduling.
Adding a Post from the Calendar
- Tap a date on the calendar.
- Tap + New Post.
- This opens the post creation flow — see Creating Social Posts.
Identifying Gaps
The calendar makes it easy to see days with no content scheduled. For consistent brand presence, aim to have content on your target posting days before the week begins.
Syncing with Blueprints
If you use Content Blueprints (see Blueprints), the scheduled posts from your blueprint will automatically populate the content calendar.
