Content Lab

The Content Lab is an advanced workspace for creating, managing, and fine-tuning your brand's content assets. It gives you more control over the building blocks used in AI-generated content.

What Is the Content Lab?

While the Content Calendar handles scheduling and the Blueprint handles strategy, the Content Lab is where you manage the underlying content elements:

  • Content fields — Custom inputs that shape AI content generation (product names, key messaging, calls to action)
  • Brand assets — Imagery, logos, and graphics linked to the brand
  • Content templates — Reusable structures for recurring content formats

Accessing the Content Lab

Go to Content > Content Lab.

Working with Content Fields

Content fields are named inputs that get passed to the AI when generating content. For example:

Field Name Example Value
Primary CTA "Book a free consultation"
Key Differentiator "We're the only platform built specifically for freelancers"
Offer "20% off for new clients in July"
Signature Sign-off "Until next time, keep building."

To add or edit content fields:

  1. Go to Content Lab > Fields.
  2. Tap + Add Field.
  3. Enter the field name and value.
  4. Save.

These fields will be available as optional inputs when creating posts or documents.

Managing Brand Assets

The Content Lab's asset library stores all visual assets linked to your brand:

  • Logos (primary, secondary, icon)
  • Brand photography
  • Product images
  • Graphic templates

To add assets:

  1. Go to Content Lab > Assets.
  2. Tap + Add Asset.
  3. Upload from your device.
  4. Label the asset for easy identification.

Tips

  • Keep content fields updated whenever your offers, messaging, or CTAs change.
  • Use the asset library as the single source of truth for brand visuals — avoid hunting through your camera roll every time you create a post.
  • Label assets clearly (e.g., "Logo – White on Dark" vs. "Logo – Dark on White") to save time during post creation.
