Content Blueprints

A Blueprint is a repeatable content strategy framework. It defines the types of content you post, how often, and for what purpose — so you're never guessing what to create next.

What Is a Blueprint?

Think of a Blueprint as your content recipe:

  • Content pillars — The recurring themes your brand posts about
  • Post frequency — How often you post on each platform
  • Content mix — What percentage of posts are educational, promotional, engagement-focused, etc.
  • Audience targeting — Which audience segment each content pillar speaks to

Once a Blueprint is set up, the AI uses it to automatically suggest and schedule content that fits your strategy.

Creating a Blueprint

  1. Go to Content > Blueprints.
  2. Tap + New Blueprint.
  3. Follow the multi-step Blueprint wizard:

Step 1 — Choose Platform(s) Select which social media platforms this Blueprint applies to.

Step 2 — Define Content Pillars Add 3–5 content themes that represent your brand's core topics. Example pillars for a fitness brand: Workout Tips, Nutrition, Client Results, Motivation, Behind the Scenes.

Step 3 — Set Content Mix Define the ratio of post types (educational, promotional, engagement, brand story).

Step 4 — Define Audience Specify which audience segment or persona this Blueprint targets.

Step 5 — Set Posting Frequency Choose how many times per week to post on the selected platform(s).

  1. Tap Save Blueprint.

Using a Blueprint

Once created, a Blueprint can be applied to automatically populate your Content Calendar with scheduled post slots. The AI generates suggested content for each slot based on your pillars and content mix.

  1. Open an existing Blueprint.
  2. Tap Apply to Calendar.
  3. Choose a date range.
  4. The calendar will fill with draft posts you can review and approve.

Audience Blueprints

You can create separate Blueprints for different audience segments — useful if your brand communicates differently to different groups. Each Audience Blueprint follows the same creation flow with audience-specific settings.

Editing a Blueprint

  1. Go to Content > Blueprints.
  2. Tap the Blueprint you want to edit.
  3. Tap Edit.
  4. Update any step and save.

Changes apply to future content generation. Posts already on the calendar are not affected.
