Profile & Account Settings

Your account settings control your personal profile, login details, and workspace preferences.

Accessing Account Settings

  • Desktop: Click the profile icon or your name in the bottom left of the sidebar, then select Settings > Account.
  • Mobile: Tap the menu icon, then tap Account Settings.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Tap your profile photo to upload or change your avatar.
  3. Edit your display name and username as needed.
  4. Tap Save.

Changing Your Email Address

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Tap Change Email.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. You will receive a verification email to the new address. Click the link to confirm the change.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Tap Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Tap Save.

If you signed up with Google or Apple and don't have a password, you can add one by going through the Change Password flow and creating a new password from scratch.

Logging Out

  • Desktop: Click your profile icon and select Log Out.
  • Mobile: Go to Settings > Account and tap Log Out at the bottom.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data. To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read the warning carefully and confirm.

Warning: Account deletion cannot be undone. All documents, Brand Brains, tasks, and content will be permanently removed.
