Profile & Account Settings
Your account settings control your personal profile, login details, and workspace preferences.
Accessing Account Settings
- Desktop: Click the profile icon or your name in the bottom left of the sidebar, then select Settings > Account.
- Mobile: Tap the menu icon, then tap Account Settings.
Updating Your Profile
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap your profile photo to upload or change your avatar.
- Edit your display name and username as needed.
- Tap Save.
Changing Your Email Address
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Change Email.
- Enter your new email address.
- You will receive a verification email to the new address. Click the link to confirm the change.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
- Tap Save.
If you signed up with Google or Apple and don't have a password, you can add one by going through the Change Password flow and creating a new password from scratch.
Logging Out
- Desktop: Click your profile icon and select Log Out.
- Mobile: Go to Settings > Account and tap Log Out at the bottom.
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data. To delete your account:
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning carefully and confirm.
Warning: Account deletion cannot be undone. All documents, Brand Brains, tasks, and content will be permanently removed.
