Inviting Team Members

Add collaborators to your Pono workspace so they can work alongside you on documents, tasks, roadmaps, and content.

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings in the navigation.
  2. Select the Team tab.
  3. Tap + Invite Member.
  4. Enter the person's email address.
  5. Select their role (see Roles & Permissions for details).
  6. Tap Send Invite.

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they don't already have a Pono account, they will be prompted to create one.

Managing Pending Invites

In the Team settings, you can see a list of pending invitations. From there you can:

  • Resend an invite if the person didn't receive it
  • Cancel an invite that is no longer needed

Removing a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Tap the ... menu next to the team member.
  3. Select Remove from Team.
  4. Confirm.

Removing a team member immediately revokes their access. Their contributions (documents, tasks they created) remain in the workspace.

Team Member List

The Team tab shows all active members with their:

  • Name and profile photo
  • Role
  • Date joined

Subscription and Member Limits

The number of team members you can add depends on your subscription plan. See Subscription & Plans for current limits per plan.
