Navigating the Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base in Pono. It gives you a snapshot of your recent work and quick access to every major feature.
Dashboard Sections
Recent Documents
A list of the documents you have most recently created or edited. Tap any document to open it.
Recent Roadmaps
Your latest strategic roadmaps. Tap to open and continue working on a roadmap.
Recent Tasks
A summary of open tasks assigned to you or your team. Tap a task to view its details or update its status.
Team Progress
A view of what your team members are working on, visible when you have collaborators in your workspace.
Quick Actions
Shortcut buttons to start the most common workflows:
- New Document — Open AI Chat to create a new document
- New Roadmap — Start a new strategic roadmap
- New Task — Create a task on your board
Navigation Menu
Desktop / Web
The left-hand sidebar contains links to all main sections:

Mobile
On mobile, the bottom navigation bar provides access to your most-used sections. Tap the menu icon for the full list.
Search
Use the Search icon (top right on desktop, or within the menu on mobile) to search across all your documents, tasks, and roadmaps.
Switching Between Brands
If you manage multiple Brand Brains, use the brand selector at the top of the dashboard or sidebar to switch the active brand context.
