Creating Your Account

Getting started with Pono AI takes just a few minutes. You can sign up with an email address or use an existing Google or Apple account.

Sign-Up Options

• Email & Password — Enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email.
• Google Sign-In — Tap Continue with Google and authorize access with your Google account.
• Apple Sign-In — Tap Continue with Apple and authorize access using your Apple ID.

Step-by-Step: Email Sign-Up

1. Open the Pono app and tap Get Started on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
3. Create a secure password and tap Continue.
4. You may be prompted to enter and verify your phone number for added security. Enter the 6-digit code sent via SMS.
5. Choose a username for your Pono profile.
6. You will be taken into the onboarding flow to set up your brand.

Sign-In (Returning Users)

1. Open the app and tap Log In.
2. Enter your email and password, or tap your preferred sign-in method (Google / Apple).
3. You will be taken directly to your Dashboard.

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

Tips

• Use a work email address so your account is easy to recover.
• If signing in with Google or Apple, make sure you always use the same method — accounts linked to different providers are separate.
