Reporting Issues & Providing Feedback

Your feedback helps us improve Pono. Whether you've found a bug, have a feature idea, or want to flag a problem with a specific document, there are simple ways to report it.

Reporting a Document Issue

If an AI-generated document has a factual error, formatting problem, or off-brand content:

  1. Open the document.
  2. Tap the ... menu (top right).
  3. Select Report Issue.
  4. Describe the problem and tap Submit.

This sends a report to the Pono team linked to that specific document, which helps us improve AI output quality.

Reporting a Bug or App Issue

If something in the app isn't working correctly:

  1. Go to Support in the navigation.
  2. Tap Report a Bug.
  3. Describe what happened:
    • What you were trying to do
    • What actually happened
    • Whether it happens consistently or intermittently
  4. Optionally attach a screenshot.
  5. Tap Submit.

Submitting a Feature Request or Suggestion

Have an idea for a new feature or an improvement?

  1. Go to Support in the navigation.
  2. Tap Suggestions.
  3. Describe your idea and why it would be valuable.
  4. Tap Submit.

The team reviews all suggestions and they inform the product roadmap.

Feedback on AI Quality

If the AI consistently produces outputs that miss the mark for your brand:

  1. First, review your Brand Brain — incomplete or vague Brand Brain data is the most common cause of generic AI outputs. See Editing Your Brand Brain.
  2. If the Brand Brain is complete and outputs are still off, contact support through Support Chat with specific examples so the team can investigate.

Privacy Concerns

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, refer to the Privacy Policy accessible from Settings > About > Privacy Policy, or contact the support team directly.
