Roadmaps Overview

Roadmaps in Pono are visual, strategic planning tools that map out your goals, initiatives, and milestones over a defined time period. They give you and your team a shared view of where you're going and how you'll get there.

What Is a Roadmap?

A roadmap is a high-level plan organized into:

  • Time period — A defined start and end date for the planning horizon
  • Sections — Themes or focus areas (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations)
  • Items — Specific initiatives, milestones, or goals within each section

Roadmaps are distinct from Task Boards. A roadmap shows strategy and direction. Tasks show day-to-day execution.
