Instead of building a roadmap from scratch, you can describe your goal and have Pono's AI generate a complete, structured roadmap in seconds.
How AI Roadmap Generation Works
The AI uses your Brand Brain — including your goals, audience, and business context — combined with the planning objective you provide, to create a roadmap with relevant sections and initiatives.
Generating a Roadmap with AI
- Go to Roadmaps.
- Tap + New Roadmap.
- On the creation screen, tap Generate with AI (or Auto Plan).
- Describe your planning goal:
- What you want to achieve
- The time period (e.g., "next 90 days")
- Any constraints or priorities
- Tap Generate.
- The AI will create a roadmap with sections and items pre-populated.
- Review the roadmap, edit as needed, and tap Save.

Editing the Generated Roadmap
AI-generated roadmaps are fully editable:
- Add, remove, or rename sections
- Adjust dates on any item
- Swap out initiatives that don't fit your situation
- Add new items the AI didn't think of
Treat the AI output as a strong starting point, not a final plan.
Regenerating
If the initial output doesn't fit your needs:
- Tap Regenerate to produce a new version.
- Or adjust your prompt for more specific guidance and tap Generate again.
