Task Board Overview
The Task Board is a Kanban-style workspace for tracking all the work happening in your Pono account. It gives you and your team a clear, visual view of what needs to be done, what's in progress, and what's complete.
Accessing the Task Board
Tap Tasks in the navigation menu. You will land on the Task Board for the active brand.
Board Layout
The Task Board is organized into columns, each representing a stage in your workflow. Common default columns include:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| To Do | Tasks that haven't started yet |
| In Progress | Tasks currently being worked on |
| Review | Tasks waiting for approval or feedback |
| Done | Completed tasks |
Tasks appear as cards within each column. Cards can be moved between columns by dragging and dropping.
Task Cards
Each task card displays:
- Task title
- Assigned team member (avatar)
- Due date (if set)
- Priority indicator (if set)
Tap a card to open the full task detail view.
Filtering the Board
Use the filter controls at the top of the board to:
- Filter by assigned team member
- Filter by due date range
- Show only your own tasks
Calendar View
Switch to Calendar View to see tasks plotted against a calendar timeline. This is useful for understanding workload distribution and spotting deadline conflicts.
