Project Board
The Project Board is a structured workspace for managing a specific project or initiative from start to finish. Unlike the general Task Board, a Project Board is scoped to a single project and is ideal for larger, time-bound efforts.
Accessing the Project Board
- Go to Tasks in the navigation.
- Tap Projects or switch to the Project Board view.
- Select a project to open its board.
Creating a New Project
- In the Projects view, tap + New Project.
- Enter a project name and optional description.
- Set a start date and end date for the project.
- Tap Create.
Project Board Layout
Each project board has:
- Columns representing workflow stages (customizable)
- Task cards within each column
- A project header showing the name, dates, and overall progress
Adding Tasks to a Project
- Open the project board.
- Tap + Add Task in any column.
- Fill in the task details and tap Save.
Tasks created within a project are automatically associated with that project.
Tracking Project Progress
The project board gives you an at-a-glance view of:
- How many tasks are in each stage
- Which team members are assigned to what
- Whether the project is on track based on due dates
Completing a Project
When all tasks are in the Done column and the project is finished:
- Open the project.
- Tap Mark as Complete in the project settings.
- The project will move to your completed projects archive.
