Write It For Me is a one-click AI document generation feature that takes a brief and produces a complete, ready-to-use document — fully informed by your Brand Brain.

When to Use It

Use Write It For Me when:

  • You need a complete document quickly
  • You know what you want but don't want to write it from scratch
  • You're starting from a blank page and need a solid first draft

How to Use Write It For Me

  1. Go to AI Chat or open a new document.
  2. Tap Write It For Me.
  3. In the brief field, describe the document:
    • Document type (e.g., proposal, blog post, strategy memo, email)
    • Key points to cover
    • Intended audience (if different from your default)
    • Desired length or format (optional)
  4. Tap Generate.
  5. The AI will write the full document and display it for review.
  6. Edit inline or provide revision instructions in the chat.
  7. Tap Save to add it to your document library.

Writing a Good Brief

The quality of the output depends on the quality of your brief. Here are some examples:

Too vague:

"Write a blog post about marketing."

Much better:

"Write a 600-word blog post for small business owners about why consistent social media posting matters for brand awareness. Use an encouraging, practical tone. Include 3 actionable tips."

Revising the Output

After generation, you can:

  • Edit directly in the document editor
  • Type a revision instruction in the chat, e.g., "Make the introduction more compelling" or "Add a section about ROI"
  • Regenerate if the output missed the mark entirely — tap Try Again and optionally adjust your brief first

Using Discover Docs for Templates

Before using Write It For Me from scratch, browse Documents > Discover Docs for pre-structured templates. Selecting a template gives the AI a defined structure to work within, which often produces better results for common document types.
