Using AI Chat
AI Chat is your direct line to Pono's AI assistant. Use it to ask questions, generate content, refine ideas, plan strategies, or kick off any workflow in the platform.
Opening AI Chat
- Tap AI Chat in the navigation menu.
- Or tap the Chat icon on the Dashboard to start a quick session.
Sending a Message
- Type your request in the chat input at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Send (or press Enter on desktop).
- The AI will respond using your Brand Brain as context.
What You Can Ask
AI Chat can help you with a wide range of tasks:

Chat Context
The AI retains context within a conversation thread. You can refer back to earlier messages, ask follow-up questions, and build on previous answers without re-explaining everything.
To start fresh, tap New Chat to begin a new thread.
Saving Chat Outputs as Documents
When the AI generates content you want to keep:
- Tap Save as Document below the AI response.
- Give the document a name.
- It will appear in your Documents library.
Thread Summary
On longer conversations, tap Summarize Thread to get a condensed recap of the key points discussed. This is useful for long strategy sessions you want to reference later.
Voice Input
On mobile, tap the Microphone icon in the chat input to dictate your message using voice-to-text.
