The Launch Pad is a strategic planning tool for planning and executing product launches, campaign launches, and platform rollouts. It walks you through creating a phased launch strategy tailored to your brand and goals.

What Is the Launch Pad?

The Launch Pad helps you answer the question: "How do we introduce this to the world?"

It is designed for:

  • New product or service launches
  • Entering a new social media platform
  • Launching a marketing campaign
  • Announcing a rebrand or major business change
  • Rolling out a new offering to existing customers

Accessing the Launch Pad

Tap Launch Pad in the navigation menu.

Creating a Launch Plan

  1. Tap + New Launch.
  2. Describe what you are launching — product name, platform, or campaign concept.
  3. Set a launch date (or target window).
  4. Select the launch type:
    • Platform launch (entering a new channel)
    • Product launch
    • Campaign launch
  5. The AI will generate a phased launch plan.

Launch Plan Structure

A typical Launch Pad plan includes three phases:

Phase 1 — Pre-Launch (Awareness & Build-Up)

  • Teaser content strategy
  • Audience warming tactics
  • Press and outreach preparation
  • Internal team readiness

Phase 2 — Launch Day / Week

  • Announcement content and messaging
  • Key actions by channel
  • Real-time engagement plan
  • Partner and influencer activation

Phase 3 — Post-Launch (Sustain & Optimize)

  • Performance review checkpoints
  • Follow-up content
  • Audience nurture sequence
  • Iteration based on results

  • Modify tactics
  • Reassign owners

Linking to Tasks

Tap Create Tasks from Plan to automatically convert launch plan actions into tasks on your Task Board. This bridges the strategy-to-execution gap — your launch plan becomes an actionable to-do list for your team.
